Asian actress and former beauty queen Michelle Yeoh (remember Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon?) keeps her face fresh and clean by giving it a lemon wash. The acid in lemon cuts natural oil in the face so it is best to use for oily skin. Lemon juice also makes stubborn dirt come off the pores as well. All you need is the juice of two to three lemons, hot water, and two to three tablespoons of honey. Shake all ingredients together in a jug and use as a face rinse. For not-so-oily skin, add more water to make lemon less intense.

American Idol winner, and multi-awarded singer, Carrie Underwood slimmed down to a total of almost 20 pounds by changing her lifestyle. She turned to a healthier and vegetarian lifestyle, which means indulging herself mostly on salads, soups, veggie burgers, and other fruit and vegetable dishes. Like Oprah Winfrey, she also acquired the services of a personal trainer who got her on a cross training program.
Personal trainers can cost a lot so an alternative is going to the local gym. Like most of these establishments, they do have regular trainers who can help you get on a D.I.Y. program.

Hollywood Fashion A stylist (try Nicole Richie, Lindsay Lohan, Keira Knightley and Mischa Barton) and author of “Style A to Zoe: The Art of Fashion, Beauty, and Everything Glamour”, Rachel Zoe, reveals some fashion essentials during her guest editor gig at shoe retailer Piperlime.com:
Invest in good pieces in classic colors that can be mixed and matched. Adding a few accessories would also be advisable.
Fashion for the woman-always-on-the-go, staple pieces are: a pair of patent shoes, trench coat, underpinnings, white shirt, full suit, black dress and pencil skirt.
Pieces should not necessarily match but hardware such as belts and shoes must complement each other. Add little bits at a time and don’t contrast too much.
The safest hosiery to wear is black opaque tights. Stay away from patterns.
Advice on the boots-over-jeans look - Tall girls can wear high boots, muscular girls can go for scrunchy, mid-calf boots, and the petite ladies can be cue in mid-calf or ankle boots.

Stockings are considered as a need in every girl’s “must haves”. They wear stockings (or pantyhose) when wearing skirts or any type of short clothing for that fact, when attending formal functions such as meetings, luncheons and dinners. Stockings give this “flawless” and smooth look (not to mention hair-less) on the legs of a woman.
However, have you ever experienced having a stocking “run” and you were in the middle of a meeting you can’t rush out? You’ll probably swear and start to practice “selective amnesia” afterwards!
Nyce Legs Spray on Thighs has the solution for you. You won’t anymore need to wear stockings and have those ugly “runs” on your legs! You won’t even be concerned at all about it being rubbed off since it can only be washed using soap and water! Fantastic!

Want to know Brittany Murphy’s secret to healthy glowing skin? She follows the advice of her makeup expert and that is to make sure that she gets more zinc and Vitamin C in her diet.
Zinc is a mineral (a metallic chemical element) that can be found in food, especially seafood such as oysters. It can also be found to a far lesser degree in most animal proteins, beans, nuts, almonds, whole grains, and seeds such as pumpkin and sunflower seeds.
Clinical studies have shown that if zinc is combined with antioxidants, it may delay progression of age-related muscular degeneration, hence younger looking skin.

For Brooke Shields’ distinctive full eyebrows, tweeze only the extra hair outside eyebrow line. Comb with an eyebrow brush and then thicken them with an eyebrow pencil. Just remember to use subtle feathery strokes instead of utilizing a heavy hand when applying. You may also lightly dust your brows with dark eyeshadow. Don’t forget to apply an eyebrow sealant afterwards so that you don’t have to worry about smudges or uneven brows later in the day.
