Want to look tan but wouldn’t want to burn your skin under the sun? Let pop artist Mandy Moore introduce to you her secret: bronzers.
Bronzers are specially made to be the best friends of people who have pale skin. Some bronzers come in powder and in cans. Celebrities who use bronzers normally carry on a natural glow in them as their colors tend to stand out amongst the crowd. These bronzers are applied where the sun would usually hit (i.e. between the eyes and the cheeks). Bronzers have this special effect that will make your skin look tan, fresh, and bronze!

Most stars today have to face the crowds with, more than their fair share of hair. There are a lot of hair removal systems out on the market from creams, lasers, hydrolysis and many other hair removal systems they all focus on the existence of hair that is actually all over our bodies. They’re there just that some have some more male hormones that they tend to be quite prominent or quite healthier that we’d want them to be. Creams work by dissolving the hair, lasers offer a more permanent solution as well as hydrolysis that kills of the hair down from the roots. There are shavers which don’t work much for shaved hair tends to grow back, with a vengeance, thicker and more annoying than ever before. (more…)
Everybody’s flaunting it so why shouldn’t you? Eyes that glow and shimmer with the colors of the rainbow ready for that look of style and sophistication. They work by first starting with normal black eyeliners working down with the colors you choose to sport. Don’t forget to use quality mascara to complete “the look”. From metallic blues to earthy shimmering gems, all ground up to give you the look of beauty and style. Most of today’s make-up are going back to nature for inspiration for they are the green way to go. (more…)

Want to have longer and fuller eyelashes? Two popular options for women who want to draw more attention to their eyes and face are the mascara and false eyelashes. Different brands are available in your local pharmacy, supermarket, or even online.
One option is to use a mascara which comes in various forms and formulas. A mascara helps in defining your eyes. It thickens and lengthens lashes with each application. You can either have a water proof or a non-water resistant mascara. You should never share a mascara so as not to acquire or pass on an infection. Also, a mascara should be discarded 3 months after you open it.
Another popular alternative nowadays is the use of false eyelashes. False eyelashes has two types, the full lashes and individual lashes. Remember not to use false lashes for too long to prevent eye irritation and possible infection from the glue used.
There is one very simple and cheap way to attain the looks of Angelina Jolie with her plump luscious lips that anyone(well as long as you’re not allergic to the stuff) would die for, cinnamon oil. The spice extract is quite strong and should be tested out before application for some people have reported allergic reactions. The stuff is available in some grocery stores or even cosmetics stores that sell all organic stuff. It’s cheap, temporary and doesn’t need a needle. Want it ready for the whole day, search your drawer for one of those liquid lip gloss that comes in a small glass bottle with a roller on it, fill er’ up and pop it into your purse. It makes your lips red and plump in no time, it also makes you a bit more spicy for your mate!

The bootylicious Lopez loves her red carpet curves. ‘I couldn’t ever be a size zero. I have a butt, I have boobs and I have a woman’s curves – there is no way I’d see them go to zero’. She swears by juices to keep her healthy, drinking herb and oatgrass juice every day, and after dinner she drinks a beetroot and carrot or cucumber and celery juice to purify. Another tip from J-Lo is Grapefruit oil, she keeps a phial on her at all times, the aroma is rumoured to stave off hunger pangs and speed up weight loss! Jennifer used to love tough, physical exercise but now she prefers yoga and works out with her personal trainer. ‘What’s more important to me is finding a balance of mind, body and spirit. I still do weights and cardio, but I try to take a feminine approach. I’m definitely not fanatical’. And Jen’s advice? ‘The ultimate beauty secret is to be happy in yourself’.

Concealers come in different shades to cater everyone in the market. It is most helpful to those who have dark spots on their faces as it can be applied to cover certain blemishes. People with eye bags surely find this cosmetic helpful since it can also make you look like you’ve never had lack of sleep in your life.
Since a lot of shades are available in the market, keep in mind though that you should buy something that’s a notch lighter (and only a notch lighter! You wouldn’t want to look like you have “owl eyes†don’t you?) than your foundation.

This is in reference to the previous post, which means another tip on foundation. If you need to wear make-up the whole day and simply have no time to re-apply (unless you have your own make-up artists to assist you like your favorite celebrities), set it with loose powder when you apply it the first time. Use lots and apply with a powder puff if you’re the type to perspire a lot. Just brush the excess off with a large make-up brush. You may touch it up throughout the day with compressed powder.

Not all people are gifted when it comes to the length of their eyelashes. The types vary: very short (they squint if they’re out in the sun to limit the sun’s rays), short (not really evident from afar), long (they look like they have mascara all the time) and very long (some require cutting).
People with long lashes do not have problems since all they should do is cut it or just leave it as it is. However, people with short lashes complain that they look like Mona Lisa.
Rimmel London Lash Maxxx provides an answer to those who seek longer lashes. Their mascara can make your eyelashes look 3 times longer than its current length. The brush of the mascara acts like a “hairbrush†(with bristles) so you could “style†your lashes the way you want them to.

Celebrity dermatologists and popular make-up artists have some tricks up their sleeves when it comes to repairing make-up, or even preventing damage. One of the most common problems when applying foundation or make-up base is when you find it sliding right off your face. What you can do is buy an oil-absorbing product. Apply this on the oil-prone areas of our face such as the nose, the forehead, and the chin. The most recommended product is Seban Solution Facial Oil Inhibitor produced by Cabot Labs. Use this before applying foundation.
