Most celebrities wear stylish eyewear to look hot and sexy but it also serves as a protection against scorching sunlight.
To prevent the skin under the eye from sun damage and eye disease, buy only sunglasses that provide ultraviolet radiation protection. It is recommended that we buy sunglasses that block out 99% of UVA and UVB radiation. To reduce the glare of light off water, highways and other similar surfaces opt for polarised lenses. Phtochromatic lenses are great as they darken when exposed to UV radiation and change from bright to dark as required. Avoid plastic lenses as they scratch more easily than glass ones.
With such a wide range in styles and prices to choose from, you can build up quite a collection just like a celebrity.

The bootylicious Lopez loves her red carpet curves. ‘I couldn’t ever be a size zero. I have a butt, I have boobs and I have a woman’s curves - there is no way I’d see them go to zero’. She swears by juices to keep her healthy, drinking herb and oatgrass juice every day, and after dinner she drinks a beetroot and carrot or cucumber and celery juice to purify. Another tip from J-Lo is Grapefruit oil, she keeps a phial on her at all times, the aroma is rumoured to stave off hunger pangs and speed up weight loss! Jennifer used to love tough, physical exercise but now she prefers yoga and works out with her personal trainer. ‘What’s more important to me is finding a balance of mind, body and spirit. I still do weights and cardio, but I try to take a feminine approach. I’m definitely not fanatical’. And Jen’s advice? ‘The ultimate beauty secret is to be happy in yourself’.

Jessica Alba looks hot in anything and everything she wears, from swimsuits to evening gowns, how does she keeps a healthy and yet sizzling body? Here’s what her meals consist of for a whole day. For breakfast, she eats egg white omelet or cottage cheese with fruit, both high in protein but low in calories. The fruits she consumes also provide her the vitamins and antioxidants she needs for good health. Later for lunch, she eats salad without the creamy mayonnaise based dressings and croutons that are high in calories. For dinner, only lean meat (chicken or fish) and veggies for her. She too indulges on desserts, but only with fruits or yogurts.

To have Sarah Jessica Parker’s (also known as Carrie Bradshaw of Sex and the City) curls, experts’ advice you to twist you hair dry then put on some volumizing mousse, serum or spray (depends what you have or which one you are more comfortable to use). Make use of your fingers to figure your curls and put them in place with a hair band. Let it stay that way for a few minutes. After that, remove the hair band to release your hair. Finish up by drying your hair with your head tipped forward. If you have done everything precisely, you will achieve those gorgeous curls.

Straight is not the only hairstyle in this season, curls are also big hits, especially curls like Sarah Jessica Parker’s of Sex and the City. Do you know what her secret to the volume of her hair is? She forms the curls with hair styling products. She has three different types of curls to go with her different looks. She has tight curls to match her sophisticated look. She has a natural curl for a girl-about-town look. And the third one would have to be wide and bouncy curls for her everyday, casual look.

You do not have to spend time and money in spas to get Christina’s healthy skin. All she does to obtain such skin is cut enough Zzz’s and drink lots and lots of water. “Get your beauty sleep” really means so much more than it sounds. If you would have to leave Christina on a deserted island, all she would ever need would have to moisturizers, sunscreen and bottled water. She also washes her face every night before she goes to bed, sometimes with make-up remover wipes and a gentle cleanser then right away, moisturize. Her beauty advice would have to, apply sun block early if you will be exposed to the sun for the day.

Step 3: dry your hair with your fingers going thru the strands as you apply low heat. Keep your hair damp, not too wet nor too dry. It will be easier to style that way.
Step 4: The first area to style would be the back area. Use a large round brush to guide the hair straight down at the same time, medium heat is being applied (start from underneath). Have the ends with light curls when parting from the brush. Keep repeating this for the whole head.
Step 5: put some styling pomade on the palm of your hands, just a small amount of it will be enough. Apply it to your hair, from roots to tip. If your hair is naturally straight, then don’t do this anymore because it will make her hair look heavy.

Those up to date and sleek bob that seems impossible to get is now revealed here. Jen of FRIENDS actually goes to a parlor to get it fixed but her stylist actually said it can be done at home. Here are the simple steps:
Step 1: if your hair have had coloring treatment, shower your hair with a moisturizing shampoo, if not, then any normal shampoo is fine. After that, use a detangling conditioner. This will contribute on making your hair smooth and shiny without the extra weight.
Step 2: Dry your hair by using a towel, then put on some volumizer at the roots. Comb your hair, then try to produce a messy look by letting the strands go on its own ways. You wouldn’t want it to look too defined.
