The bootylicious Lopez loves her red carpet curves. ‘I couldn’t ever be a size zero. I have a butt, I have boobs and I have a woman’s curves - there is no way I’d see them go to zero’. She swears by juices to keep her healthy, drinking herb and oatgrass juice every day, and after dinner she drinks a beetroot and carrot or cucumber and celery juice to purify. Another tip from J-Lo is Grapefruit oil, she keeps a phial on her at all times, the aroma is rumoured to stave off hunger pangs and speed up weight loss! Jennifer used to love tough, physical exercise but now she prefers yoga and works out with her personal trainer. ‘What’s more important to me is finding a balance of mind, body and spirit. I still do weights and cardio, but I try to take a feminine approach. I’m definitely not fanatical’. And Jen’s advice? ‘The ultimate beauty secret is to be happy in yourself’.

Oprah’s secret to eliminating 87 pounds from her weight is not really a secret, but let me tell it to you in any case.
Oprah consulted personal trainer Bob Green who put her under a rigorous weight resistance training program. She would run for 5 miles every day and she also did some weight training. She also underwent a strict diet by eliminating “bad” carbs such as white bread, white rice, flour, pasta, and potatoes. She also stayed away from sugar and sweets. She would eat wheat pasta and wheat breads but only in moderation. She didn’t drink alcohol and ate two fruits a day. Oprah says that her kitchen closes at 7:30 in the evening.
Ahh… you see, the real key to staying in shape is discipline and will power. I do applaud Oprah for having both because the actual training and the dieting are quite easy to do but actually sticking to the program is the hardest.
